Teens and their chaperones should register together by church. Payment is due when registering. Download the registration form here »

Cost:

Teens - $35.00 (for materials and food); Chaperones - $10 (food)

Chaperones:

Female adult chaperones should plan to accompany teens to the conference for two reasons: 1) The teens will need adult supervision during the Friday night sleepover; 2) We hope that after the conference, the chaperone will be able to continue to help the girls process the weekend and their understanding of their giftings.

If a female youth leader or other female adult is not available to attend and help in this way, the teen may be assigned to one of the chaperones we will supply. This option may be limited.

All overnight chaperones will be required to follow the children and youth protection policies of their home church and of the Grantham BIC Church and to have a background check. Click here for forms or submit copies of forms you may have already completed for work or your church.

Survey:

Each teen will have a gifting survey mailed to them to be completed prior to the conference. Teens will also be given surveys for their chaperone/youth leader and one other adult of their choosing to complete about the teen. This will give the teens three perspectives on themselves and help them explore their gifts.

Food:

Breakfast, lunch, and some snacks will be provided. Each girl is also welcome to bring a snack she enjoys to share.

What to Bring:

The completed surveys; sleeping bags/bed rolls; pillows; clothes; toiletries; Bibles; paper and pens, snack to share. Any medications should be the responsibility of the teen and her chaperone.
