CONFERENCE VISION TEAM

The Vision Team is chaired by the Bishop and composed of the Chairperson of each Team (Community Building, Church Health, Church Planting and Leadership Development Teams).

The Vision Team is amenable to the Conference Board of Directors and their duties include:

• To enable vision implementation through conference Teams
• To ensure vision coordination among conference Teams
• To establish good communication flow to and among conference Teams
