LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT TEAM

The purpose is to identify, resource and develop professional and lay leaders who will minister within the churches of the Susquehanna Conference and the Kingdom of God globally.

Duties include:

• To identify and develop youth leadership
• To issue the call to professional ministry
• To develop and promote internships, residencies, and staff enhancements
• To network with churches and develop leaders to contribute toward placement
• To assist churches in gift discovery and passion identification for a better match in local congregational service
• Motivate pastors to seek out professional and lay leaders
• Developing, coaching and mentoring leadership skills through the Personal Study Program (PSP)
• Encourage and provide for personal and professional enrichment
