PERSONNEL TEAM
Purpose is to help the conference develop a more intentional process of providing leadership to the conference at the Board/Team level.
Duties include:
- To recruit personnel to serve the conference on boards/teams or staff. The Personnel Team would develop systematic procedures and evaluation tools to recruit persons who would:
- Demonstrate spiritual growth and integrity
- Demonstrate support of the conference and vision
- Be gifted and knowledgeable in the area of their assignment
- Affirm a willingness to contribute and cooperate with the board/team that they are assigned to serve
- Hold at least one event each year that would serve as an orientation, assessment and vision development process for all conference board/team personnel
- Recommend persons for conference boards/staff/teams to the BOD for approval.
