September 2006
Before the rush of the fall schedule engulfs you, we hope you can grab a few quiet moments to click through to the full stories behind the introductory blurbs that follow. It’s our goal that Momentum, our magazine, and Seeking more, along with our Brethren in Christ Church website will serve as a “common reading program” of sorts for our churches.
Momentum , in particular, provides pastors and other church leaders with timely information about church-wide developments, activities, and resources. Our magazine aims at a slightly broader lay-oriented audience, inviting readers “into a dynamic relationship with Jesus Christ within the context of the shared life and ministry of the BIC Church” (Seek mission statement). And the website allows for easy distribution of basic facts about the BIC Church, discipleship resources, and late-breaking news. We trust you find all three of these communication vehicles helpful in your ministry. Please let us know how we’re doing.
