Ministry Enrichment Retreat slated for Pittsburgh

As a denomination, we’ve identified “encouraging leaders” as one of the top three priorities. On July 9–12, 2007, we’ll translate that priority into program with our once-every-four-years church-wide Ministry Enrichment Retreat for BIC pastors and spouses.

The retreat, provides opportunity for pastor couples to step away briefly from the persistent obligations of daily congregational life and to engage in a period of renewal and reflection in the company of their ministry peers. Popular author and president of World Venture, an international para-church missions organization, Hans Finzel (10 Mistakes Leaders Make and Change is Like a Slinky) will serve as the resource leader for the retreat.

To assist churches with budget planning for FY07, the cost of registration for the Ministry Enrichment Retreat, to be held in Pittsburgh, PA, will be communicated within the next few weeks via the regional conferences.
