Help in promoting compassionate ministries

If one picture is worth a thousand words, then the 50 or so photos included in a multimedia report on Compassionate Ministries that was prepared for General Conference speaks volumes about the generous response by BIC individuals and churches to human need in the name of Christ.

According to the report, more than $2 million was directed toward compassionate ministries during the past biennial (2004–05), only a small percentage of which flowed through Cooperative Ministries. Just four minutes in length, the presentation powerfully communicates the message that as we have partnered together in our giving and in our service, countless lives have been changed.

Thanks to the good work of former General Secretary Darrell Winger and the media team at The Meeting House ( Oakville, Ontario), this excellent resource is now available to all BIC churches.
