Suggested Instructions for printing What's It All About? Promotional Materials

Postcards

These are pdf files of postcards to be mailed for promotion of the What's It All About? series in preparation for the launch of the series. We recommend you print out the 2 pages of the PDF and use the 2-sided copy option on your copier to print either as a grayscale or a color document. You can also take the printouts or PDF to a quick print facility with PDF capabilities, and they will be able to produce the files for you.

These files are created specifically for printing on a personal desktop printer and will work in either grayscale mode or on a color printer. The page will print on an 8 1/2" x 11 in paper and is meant to be trimmed down to two 4" x 6" postcards.

Posters*

These are PDF files that can be printed on 11" x 17" paper and are meant to be trimmed down to 10" x 16" posters. You can also take the printouts or PDF to a quick print facility with PDF capabilities, and they will be able to produce the files for you so you can save money on ink cartridges.

Bulletin Inserts

These are PDF files of bulletin inserts to be used in the What's It All About? series for the different weekly themes that coincide with the suggested sermons found on this site. We recommend you print out the 2 pages of the PDF and use the 2-sided copy option on your copier to print either as a grayscale or a color document. You can also take the printouts or PDF to a quick print facility with PDF capabilities, and they will be able to produce the files for you.

These files are created specifically for printing on a personal desktop printer and will work in either grayscale mode or on a color printer. However, due to the large number you will need to print for your whole congregation, having them printed at a print facility will save you time and money due to the high cost of ink cartridges. The PDF will print two inserts on an 8 1/2" x 11" paper and is meant to be trimmed down to two 5" x 8" inserts.

Commitment Cards

These PDF files can be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" paper in color or grayscale and divided into four separate cards.
