What is the relationship between the theological and liturgical emphases of the Brethren in Christ Church and those of churches that emphasize continuity with historic Christian creeds? This e-seminar explores the history of Christianity regarding the development of creedal documents and the resistance to creedal formulae that the BIC inherited from the Radical Reformers of the 16th century.

Preaching Peace -The Brethren in Christ Church has always been a peace church, advocating non-participation in war and avoiding interpersonal conflict. This e-seminar explores the Brethren in Christ core value of "pursuing peace" by encouraging and equipping pastors to preach peace in their local congregations.

Bible Study that Works -Inductive Bible study seeks to unlock the meaning of Biblical texts by careful observation, interpretation, application, and synthesis. This course introduces students to basic Bible study skills and provides the oppurtunity for practice by studying specific passages from both the Old and New Testaments.
