M203 Pastoral Care and Counseling II
The focus of this course will be the application of counseling principles to specific areas of premarital preparation, marital counseling and enrichment, affairs and divorce, parenting, terminal illness and grief. You will also gain an understanding of your foundational values and how they affect the way you deal with ethical issues in your ministry. The use of teaching and preaching for pastoral care and counseling will also be addressed. This course continues your study of pastoral care and counseling, therefore, M202r is a prerequisite for taking this course.
