Leadership Team Structure

Mandate:

• Provide administrative leadership to the Conference and serve as its policy-making body within the will of the Canadian Conference.
• To board and govern and provide oversight, with diligence in the broader ministry of the BIC in Canada.
• To act as counsel and support for the office of the Bishop.
• To maintain the Ministry Covenant Agreement between the General Conference (USA Church) and the Canadian Conference.

Members:

• The Bishop and Assistant Moderator
• Six members-at-large from the Conference, one from Western Canada
• Canadian Conference representative to the General Conference Board

Meetings:

Two or three times per year.
